Calls are answered during business hours and returned the same day. If you're painting ahead of a closing, a listing or a move-in, call so the schedule can be built around the date.
Before the walkthrough
- Pick the rooms or surfaces. Even a rough list of what you want painted makes the quote faster and more accurate.
- Think about colors, loosely. You don't need final choices. A few photos or a direction is enough, and samples can go on the wall during the walkthrough.
- Note anything that's failing. Cracks, peeling, water stains and soft drywall change the prep, and it's better to price them up front than find them later.
